We will exchange or refund goods if returned unopened and unused within 48 hours. Hair Extensions must definately NOT have been tampered with or inravelled in any way if a return, exchange or refund is required, otherwise no returns whatsoever will be allowed. We do not refund any postage amounts for items sent correctly and where buyer states not as 'described'. We are not responsible for compensating for any postage amount for sending goods out or receiving them back. An alternative product will only be sent once the original item is received by us, and the postage for the alternative item also received. The buyer is responsible for paying the postage on the alternative item as well as all other postal charges incurred. If you require item quickly and reliably you should ask for special delivery postal method and you pay the fee for this. It is assumed all buyers have relevant training in the products they are purchasing and we hold no responsibility for any damage incurred to themselves or their clients. Products brands should never be mixed when being used.
