We would ask that all items are paid for within 7 days. After this time an unpaid item case will be launched and the item relisted. If you have brought an item and are having problems paying, please contact us. We are sure that we can come to some arrangement, possibly extending your time to make the payment. 

Payment Methods:

UK Buyers

1. Our preferred payment method is PayPal. We will do our best to dispatch items the next day. Please make allowances for weekends and bank holidays. When an item is paid for at one of these times, every effort will be made to dispatch it on the next working day.

2. We will accept personal cheques made out to Maria hirst. Items being paid for by cheque will be dispatched on the first working day after the cheque has cleared. In most cases this will be 4-5 working days. It should be noted that payment by e-cheque through PayPal can take up to 10 working days to clear.

3. Payment by Postal Order is also accepted, again make these payable to Maria hirst. Because of the nature of postal orders any item paid for using them will be dispatched on either the same day they are received or on the following working day.

When paying by cheque or postal order, PLEASE remember to include the following:

Your eBay User ID

Your postal address

The item's eBay number

International Buyers (anyone outside the UK)

1.      We will only accept payment buy PayPal for items purchased by our International customers. This is not negotiable, if you are outside the UK and cannot buy using PayPal, please do not try and purchase the item.

Postal Information:

1. Items being sent internationally are sent via Royal Mails Surface airService (Small Packets)

Please allow a few days and then contact us and will do our best to resolve the problem.
