Delivery

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable for some services to destinations in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for a quote before buying if you require delivery to these areas.

Please select the service you require during checkout - if it is urgent we suggest 1st Class or Our 24 hour courier service. Contact us if you require a Recorded or Guaranteed Special Delivery service.

Postage Services: Most of our items are available with 1st and 2nd Class Postage (subject to weight and value restrictions).

1st and 2nd Class Recorded, Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day - Monday to Friday) and Courier are also available.

Our Standard Delivery Option in the UK is 1nd Class which Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 to 3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 days (Monday to Friday).

Returns

At My Bike Solutions Ltd we understand that items can become faulty for time to time or that you may have purchased an item in error, and would like to return. Obviously we try our best to cater for any needs to ensure that your buying experience with us is a good one, and that you would continue to shop with us in the future or recommend us to a family member/friend.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed

If an item is generally faulty we will happily replace the item once returned and post out as soon as possible for you, ensuring that you get the fully working item as soon as possible, minimising any inconvenience caused. Please contact us via email or phone first as sometimes problems can be sorted and also to help us to keep track of any returns.

If you no longer want a purchased item please return the item within 14 days of purchase, in the items original condition "as new" and packaging, for a refund in full minus the postage costs.
