Return policy details

We kindly request that you contact us first before returning your goods to ensure you receive the correct return information suited to your case.
2. We offer a 30 day cooling off return period for unwanted goods. For products valued over £49.90 you can ship them back to us free of charge. Products valued under £49.90 need to be returned at your own cost. Contact us via email to request your return. You’ll receive a refund once we’ve received your return (excluding original postage)
3. We offer a 1 year warranty on all products. If your item is defective we accept returns for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of your order. In the event that a fault develops after 30 days, you can return your item to us for a repair or replacement only up to 1 year of the date of delivery. We cover return costs for all defective products.
4. If you product develops a fault after 1 year, you can obtain a fault report by a qualified technician which outlines the nature and reason for the fault. We review each query on a case by case basis in any event of a developed fault. Please note our repairmen will check items returned to us for the reported fault. If no fault is found, this money will not be refunded.
5. Your item must be returned and registered in our warehouse before your replacement or refund is processed.
6. We will process your return within 48 working hours from receipt of the returned item in our warehouse. Reshipments will be sent with our courier (3-5 working days).
