RETURN POLICY
Under Distance Selling Regulations 2000, section 13 (c)., if the Buyer does not proceed with the transfer of the registration mark after paying the part payment/full payment or fails to supply the full documentation required by DVLA, then no part of this payment is refundable, whatsoever, as the service period commences immediately. Ordered numbers cannot be refunded nor exchanged, nor will any cancellations be accepted.

OFFENCES
It is an offence to alter, rearrange or misrepresent letters or numbers in order to form names or words or in such a way that makes it difficult to read the registration number. Characters must not be moved from one block to the other e.g. R44 YFG must not be displayed as R4 4YFG or R 44YFG. Vehicles with illegally displayed number plates may FAIL the MoT test. The police can also issue fixed penalty fines for illegally displayed number plates.
