We accept PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards. Goods may also be paid for and collected from our retail shop.
All of the goods are UK stock and prices include VAT.
If you wish to combine the carriage costs of several items, please contact me for the exact cost prior to payment. (Subject to weight limits and the nature of individual products, this can provide a significant savings).
Goods sent with Royal Mail are as quoted.
Goods sent with courier to Mainland UK addresses are as quoted. (Excluding the affected postcodes listed below)
Additional charges will be incurred for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non-mainland Britain if sent via courier.
Post codes affected include; BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE.
If you wish to purchase an item to be delivered to these areas, please e-mail me before placing a bid so I can quote an exact cost.
Payment of incorrect carriage costs will result in the despatch of goods being delayed and a request being made for a further payment. If the correct carriage costs are not agreed and paid within a reasonable period of time, the sale will be cancelled and a full refund made.
Goods will be despatched once payment has cleared.
If delivery of items takes longer than 5 working days, please contact me so that I can find out where your item is and when you can expect delivery.
A contact phone number MUST be provided for all deliveries. Failure to provide a contact phone number may result in the carrier being unable to deliver to your address. If the carrier is unable to deliver to you and additional costs are incurred, these costs will be passed on to you the customer.
Please check all deliveries to make sure the goods have not been damaged in transit. Goods delivered by carrier must be signed for on receipt. If you sign for the goods as "in good Condition" and subsequently find they are damaged, I will be unable to claim for damage from the carrier and replacements or repairs will be at your own expense. Notification of goods received damaged to be made by phone or e-mail within 7 days.
We must be notified of warranty claims before the goods are returned to us at your own expense. We will then progress your claim and either return the goods to you free of charge or provide a refund, refund charges may apply in certain circumstances.
All manufacturers guarantees are shown where applicable and do not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds and Returns
Returns will accepted for credit less carriage costs providing that the goods returned are complete and in good, unused condition. Notification of goods for return must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the goods
