We accept and prefer Paypal for all orders. We will also accept personal cheques and postal orders made payable to PixelHeaven for all items up to a maximum value of £100. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques (including Paypal eCheques) to clear. At our discretion we may ship smaller value items on receipt of the cheque, especially to eBayers with a good feedback record. The price you see is the price you will pay plus the stated shipping costs. We are VAT registered and can provide a VAT invoice upon request.
We endeavour to ship your item within 2 working days of receiving a cleared payment. We reserve the right to change the carrier of our goods at our discretion but will always try and ensure that you receive the equivalent service level as defined in the specific sale item particulars.
For delivery to some parts of the UK, notably Northen Ireland and some Scottish postcodes along with the Channel Islands, we may regretably incur an increase in our shipping charges - please email us to confirm the applicable charges before bidding/buying an item please.

RETURN OF NON FAULTY ITEMS

Any returned item must be in the original packaging with all the items that shipped included, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
Software and similar items in sealed packaging must be returned unopened with all seals intact.

A restocking fee of 20% of the item cost (excluding postage) will be applied in all cases.

Items that are 'dead on arrival' or become faulty within 14 days will either be replaced where possible or a refund provided. Again you will need to return the item to us and we will then check the item before any refund can be provided.
Items that become faulty after a period of 14 days and within the stated warranty period will either be replaced (with a new or refurbished product), repaired or a refund provided. items that are sold as 'used' are offered without any warranty outside of the initial 14-day period so no returns will be entertained after that period.
