We usally despatch the same working day where possible to ensure your KX-FA52X reach you in good time and ensure there is no down time for receiving faxes.

When will I receive the KX-FA52X ink films?

We have the option to choose from Free UK Delivery where we send the goods 2nd class standard post. You can also choose the 1st class delivery option if you require the goods quicker.

Please note, when we despatch the goods, we cannot guarantee a delivery time as that depends on the current royal mail delivery service.

These fax ink rolls are compatible Panasonic KX-FA52X which will work in the above fax machines, they will print to the same standard as the original ink films.

Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We at PC-UK.NET will send you an e-mail confirming your order straight away. Goods will normally be despatched within 1-2 working days. Please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively. If you need something more urgently, then please E-mail. 2nd Class post can take up to 7 working days to deliver, if you would like to upgrade your postage we have an option to pay 1st class recorded post.

If you have taken advantage of FREE UK Delivery please allow 7 working days before contacting us. We also advise contacting your local postal depot to see if the post man has been but not left a card.

If you have opted for 1st class recorded, we will be able to track the item. Please contact us after 3 working days if your package hasnt arrived.

Where we despatch goods same day if not the next day, you may experience delivery delays by Royal Mail post, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on time. Please contact your local delivery office. After 1 week (for free delivery) and 3 days (1st recorded) Please contact us and we will look into the delivery details and take the appropriate action to refund or replace the goods.

What do I do if I dont receive my package?
