Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste 50g.

Kaang Ka Ree (Yellow Curry)
Yellow curry paste is typically milder in terms of spice than the other Thai curry pastes and is a marriage between Indian-style spices like cardamom and turmeric and Thai flavours,  such as coriander and lemongrass. The result is a versatile, fragrant curry paste that lends itself well to a plethora of uses.


Made from: garlic 21%, shallots 21%, oil 21%, spice 10%, lemongrass 9%, chili 7%, salt 7% and galangal 4%.


Recipe Idea:

Kaang Ka Ree

1.   Heat a wok or a frying pan and add 1 cup (240 ml.) coconut milk together with the contents of this packet, stir until oil appears on the top.

2.   Add 200g of sliced beef, pork or chicken and stir fry until done. Add water 1 cup (240ml) Bring to the boil.

3.   Add potatoes and peanuts. Cook until tender.

4.   Add additional seasoning to taste. Serve with cooked rice.

5. Serves 2 to 3 people.
