DISPATCH TIME

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed in our warehouse location. We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm with cleared payment on the same weekday; excluding bank holidays. Any orders received after this time and during the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

UK DELIVERY

This can differ depending on the requested delivery service with your order. All orders are dispatch the same or next working day (depending on time of the order). 

The delivery times to be expected within mainland UK are:
                myHermes door to door service – 3-5 business days – Free
                24 hour courier – 1-2 business days – £4.00
Please also note that if the delivery was not able to reach you, you should receive a “While You Were Out” card asking you to contact the local depot. Sometimes the card may get lost with commercial and leaflets coming through the door, so we advise you to check with our office if the above time has elapsed and we will review the status of the parcel and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Please note that for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands the courier delivery service is 2 working days and will be charged at £15.00 per shipment.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We delivery our parcels worldwide, if you don’t see your country listed please feel free to contact us.
Our international parcels can be shipped with Royal Mail International Signed For if less than 2kg. If the parcel is over 2kg we will dispatch your order through a courier service.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF EU:

Your parcel may be subject to a customs charge upon arrival in the destination country – this is out with our control. The charge on the item will vary depending on the item, the value of the parcel, the parcel contents and the discretion on the guidelines in the delivery customs. Unfortunately we will not be able to advice whether a parcel will or will not attract charges as each individual parcel is treated differently.

We understand there will be times where you may wish to return or exchange an item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will endeavour to assist you with your refund / exchange request.

NON-FAULTY GOODS:

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or purchased in error. The items must be returned to us unused and with original packaging in a saleable condition. You will be refunded in the same method as the payment was received. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded.

FAULTY GOODS:

All goods are new and unused unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon receiving your notification we will review the case and endeavour to close this to a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
