Come down the A127 heading Southend bound, go past the A132 turnoff (Basildon & Wickford), continue straight until you see The Dick Turpin Pub approaching on your left, turn left here, continue down Cranfield Park Road until you come to the SHARP LEFT HAND BEND, at the bend bear over to the right where you will see a black sliding security gate, as shown above.

A keypad is to your right, please call us, once through the gate drive all the way to the back of the farm until you can't go any further in front of you, turn left and our units are on your right.

If you miss the turnoff at the pub, continue a little further until you see the 50mph signs and turn left onto Fanton Hall Road, follow the same procedure for the security gate, once through the gate continue straight until you come to our units on your right.

WE MUST HAVE A MANNED DELIVERY ADDRESS TO FACILITATE YOUR DELIVERY.

Delivery: On most items we will deliver within 24 To 48 hours.

Some larger products may take 1 -3 working days.

The goods will normally arrive during a next working day between 9am - 6pm.

SOME ONE MUST BE THERE TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM.

Please take this into consideration when ordering. AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A REDELIVERY

1. Delivery is Mon - Friday 9am - 6.00pm (this is an all day delivery)
2. You can ask for am or pm deliveries but an additional fee will be required, please call our sales staff.
3. We can not leave the package without a signature.
4. The package will not be delivered to alternate address if your not in.
5. We can only supply 1 delivery address to the couriers.
6. If you miss the courier, they will re-attempt the following working day. If you miss the second attempt the parcel will come back to us where you will be charged for the courier charges.
7. If you change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatch, a £10 fee will be charged.
8. If a parcel gets returned back to us because you are not in we get charged 15.00 from couriers to return item. You will be charged this.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in the original packaging. Please include your invoice and a note stating whether you require a refund or exchange for another item.

Please note postage costs will not be refunded. Please email us at info@kmsdirect.co.uk explaining why it is being returned.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To return your item you must advise us by email or in writing. You will be responsible for the item until it arrives back with us in an undamaged condition. If the item is returned damaged in any way then we will not be able to offer a refund and it will be your responsibility to arrange the pickup of the item at you cost.

If an item is faulty within the warranty period offered then please return it to us with your invoice. If found to be a manufacturers fault we will repair, replace or refund. Please note postage costs will not be refunded.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Payment terms are cash, PayPal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)

Title of the goods remains with KMS DISTRIBUTIONS LTD until payment is made in full.

We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.

Please check for any shortages or damages to your delivery and if possible advise us within 48 hours of the delivery. Provided that this notice is given we will arrange to collect, replace, and repair or refund the goods free of charge.

All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.

Important - Distance selling Regulations

Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days- starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "Cooling off" Period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to cancel a contract please write, e-mail us stating your details invoice number and cancellation instructions.

To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 7 days starting from the day after you receive your order.

You have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below. If the Product is not faulty or damaged on delivery, and you cancel the order within 7 days of receipt, you must also return the Product to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, you will not be refunded also we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, but this can be costly has it's a third party collection any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.
