Return policy details
We do our best to keep all our customers happy & will do everything we can to help in the unlikely event of things not working out how they should. Please read the return policy below - if there are any concerns about this, please do not hesitate to contact us at 028 3834 4154 or via eBay messaging centre.
Buyers can return items within 14 days of receiving their parcel. Buyers must pay the return postage and packaging costs on items returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable condition. Typically costumes can be opened and resealed to try them on. Once received we will request that you mutually cancel the transaction before a refund will be issued. No restocking fee will apply. This does not affect your legal rights.
Returns of non-faulty goods:
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Goods must be returned in an unopened and unused state for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. Any cardboard headers must not be folded. We cannot accept any returns without their original packaging . Costumes can typically be opened and tried on and then resealed. All goods will be inspected on their return. Postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
Returns of faulty goods:
All goods are new unless otherwise stated. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods will be inspected upon their return.
Due to their nature teeth, facial hair, wigs, make-up, tights and stockings cannot be returned unless unworn or unused. Such products cannot be returned if they have been tried on or used.
We will not refund the cost of postage and packaging for you to return goods to us.
When returning goods you must open a returns case through eBay and include a note of your name, address, reason for the return, eBay item number and user ID. Alternatively you can return your item with the invoice which has all this information included. We strongly advise that you use Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed For” service or their “Special Delivery” service when returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods going missing in the post on their return to us.
Unlike many traders on eBay no restocking or administration fee will be charged.
We aim to make refunds on the day of receipt back to us. However please allow a few days for a refund to be processed.
If an item is returned that, due to reasons outlined above, cannot be refunded then we will inform you of the reasons for this. We can return the items back to you if the postage and packaging costs are met. Otherwise the items will be destroyed.
Product Sizing and Colour:
We make every effort to maintain clear descriptions and images that are representative and truly reflect the item to be purchased. We cannot however be held responsible for any perception you may have in product representation. We also cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer changes a product specification including colour or design at any time without notice.
It is also important to note that some colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen to the product that you receive, depending on your monitor screen resolution and colour/display settings.
Our sizing guides and measurements are approximate but every effort has been made to make them as accurate as possible.
NOTE: Retail packaging might be damaged in transit. We can guarantee when this product leaves our store it is in 100% condition and 99.9% arrives perfectly to our customers but unfortunately we cannot be respossible for any damages made to the packaging in transit.
