Orders will be charged at a fixed rate of £3.50 per order within mainland UK, £5.00 to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of the Scottish Mainland and £7.50 to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly. We are unable to deliver to BFPO or overseas addresses. At certain times we may offer free delivery on either individual items or orders. These will vary day to day but will be clearly signposted on our store home page and product pages.

Delivery estimates are provided on the product page. With standard items we would expect them to arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Larger items may take a little longer to be delivered, but this will be reflected in the items delivery estimate.

The delivery company that we use will depend on the size, weight and value of your order and the address to which you are having it delivered to. Our current delivery companies are Hermes, Yodel and Yodel XL for our large items of furniture.

If you receive any item damaged, faulty or not as ordered you must contact us immediately so that we can investigate and advise you of what action we will take. All damaged, defective or incorrect items will be returned at our cost and the return method will be at our discretion.

We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with all purchases you make with us. On rare occasions we understand that you may need to return a product.

You can return your item for any reason, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
