Sales agreement
•	All the products, prices and services in this online store do not constitute legally binding offers. 
•	The contract only becomes legally binding once you have clicked the order now button on the order confirmation page. 
•	You will receive an automatic order confirmation email as soon as the order confirmation process is complete. 
•	The sales agreement is valid once a delivery confirmation email is sent. 
•	If order confirmation and or delivery confirmation is not received by 2 weeks following your purchase, you are no longer legally bound to your purchase.

Product Pricing

Your Order
•	Orders are usually dispatched within 5 days of receipt of cleared payment. 
•	Although we endeavour to keep our website up to date, occasionally an item ordered may be out of stock. If this is the case, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery provided it does cause unreasonable hardship to the customer. In the case of items that cannot be restocked Dotty crafts will issue a full refund for those products.
•	Occasionally we may experience technical difficulties with our site. In this instance we would need to contact you. It is therefore essential that all your personal details are correct. 
•	If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem. Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to sort out any issues before you cancel your payment.

Delivery and Customs Duty

•	Dotty crafts aims to deliver your order within 5 days of receipt of cleared funds.
•	Dotty crafts cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay when the reason is beyond our control (e.g. Industrial action of shipping company)
•	Please note that for overseas orders, Dotty crafts cannot be held responsible for customs charges incurred by the destination country. Also customers need to be aware that their package maybe opened and examined by customs officers in the destination country and that Dotty crafts cannot be held responsible for this.


Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds
•	You have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the receipt of your goods.  You must notify us in writing, (email or letter) of your intention to return goods.
•	Products must be returned in their originally packaging, unopened and unused unless the product is faulty or defective. 
•	The buyer is responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
•	We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting for all returns as returns lost in the post cannot be issued with a refund. In this case, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
•	Unused products may be returned within the guidelines above to the address listed below:
