To ensure accuracy in our products please note the following information.

1) Disc Only Items (ie no case) will be despatched in a clear plastic wallet in a jiffy bag. All our listings state the BOX TYPE, if it says disc only, it is disc only.
2) PC Jewel Cased Items may not come with the inserts and therefore will be in a clear jewel case
3) Music Albums are all CD Format unless stated otherwise
4) All our products have been tested working before being despatched

1) Will A PC Game Work Overseas - YES, all PC's game are compatible worldwide, there is no region coding on any PC game. The only thing to note is that if you have purchased a base game then require expansion packs, the expansion packs must be bought in the same country as the base game.

2) Will A Console Game Work Overseas - You need to check your region coding, all our console games are Region PAL unless stated otherwise. Therefore if you have an NTSC console it will not play PAL games without a converter.

3) Will The PC Game Work On Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 - ALL GAMES will work on Windows XP, for older games you may need to patch the game, run it through Dosbox, run it through Windows Compatibility Mode or reduce your graphics resolutions. This is generally for games made before the year 2000. For Windows 7 there is a compatability mode but there are no guarantees offered.Please see below for Vista. Due to Piracy reasons we DO NOT accept returns for non compatability.

4) Vista - Vista is very temperamental even on newer games, we do not use Vista as is not very work friendly, we cannot offer any advice on compatibility for Vista.

5) What Are The Postage Costs - For 1 item, costs are as stated on the item page. COMBINED POSTAGE: For the UK we charge ACTUAL costs per item, we are one of the lowest (if not the lowest) P&P charging companies in the UK and do not profit from postage, so we offer between 20p and 50p discounts on additional items. OVERSEAS we offer around 20% discounts for multiple purchases.

6) What Are Our Delivery Times - We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days. We despatch 2nd class post but due to the fact we deal direct with Royal Mail and not through the Post Office/Post Box, this is much quicker than regular 2nd class post.

 

7) Do you accept overseas Money Orders - No sorry, our bank do not accept these.

8) Can I collect the item - Depending on the cost we may consider collection of an item, you must contact us to pre-approve this option.

 

9) How Do You Contact Us - We can be contacted via Ebay messages, direct via email to wb014h2921@blueyonder.co.uk or by telephone on 0114 2582983 (not always monitored).

1) All purchases must be paid for within 7 days, after this a non payer dispute will be opened and finally a non payer strike will be given should payment not arrive.
2) All payments made must be in GBP or EUR
3) Any questions about any of our items must be asked before purchasing, not after.
4) Abuse will not be tolerated, please treat us as you expect to be treated yourselves.
5) Combining orders can only be done if items are paid for at the same time, we cannot combine orders if paid for separately
6) PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE LISTING FULLY BEFORE PURCHASING AN ITEM.

7) We sell items in various box types, sometimes these may be sold as DISC ONLY, therefore a box will not be included, nor any artwork/instructions etc. It will simply be sent as a disc only. Again please check before buying, its in the first line of the description where it states BOX TYPE.

Returns for faulty items are accepted. We will cover 2nd class postage costs.

Returns for system incompatability (ie DVD Formats, Console Formats, PC Operating Systems) are not acceptable. Buyers need to check what they are buying or contact us if unsure.

Returns simply because a buyer has changed their mind are acceptable within 7 days of payment. We will not cover return postage costs, refund of the original postage is at our discretion.
