1) Total Floor Height (finished floor to finished floor height)
 2) Total Floor Space (aka Total Going)
 3) Width (Width of staircase including strings)
4) Whether the stairs are to comply to building regulations

Optional Information:  (we can calculate this for you if you prefer)
- Number of risers
- Angle (Pitch)
- Contact us if you require another specification, we can manufacture most timber staircases
Restrictions:
 - Up to 1000mm in width
- Up to 14 steps

Please note:
- Flat Pack option includes; glue, glue blocks & wedges
- "Width" refers to the width over stringers (i.e. the total width of the staircase)
- Item is available in other timbers and to other specs.
- Prices shown include VAT at 20% and you will receive a VAT invoice with your order
