Yes! You can buy as many different items as you like and only pay one shipping fee of £2.99 to have your parcel delivered in the UK. Please ensure you wait for a combined invoice before paying.
How do I buy an item?
You can buy an item in one of two ways. Our very easy to navigate eBay shop is designed to give you the best possible shopping experience.
Before you make an order, you will need to browse or search for the item you are looking for. You can use the search box or the easy to navigate shop categories. We have thousands of craft products listed for sale so if you are struggling to find what you are looking for please email for help.
To see a product description, click on the item to view the relevant details. When you have made your choice please add the products you would like to your basket. UK customers have the option of standard or next day delivery so please ensure you choose the correct option for you.

I forgot to add items to my order, can you add them?
Due to the speed of our service we cannot always add items to an order if your order has already been processed. However if you contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of placing your order, if your order has not yet been processed they may be able to add items to your order for you and waive the postage charge.
I ordered the wrong product or an item was not as I expected, can I exchange/return?
Yes, we offer a 14 day no quibble return policy, please see Returns for full details.
Can I change my address once my order has gone through?
Unfortunately this is not usually possible due to the speed of our service, but please call our Customer Service Team on 01254 708068 who will do their best to help.
Can I use a different delivery address?
Unfortunately no. On eBay orders we can only send parcels to your address as registered to your Paypal account.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is awaiting payment, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to send you a mutual cancellation via eBay. If you have already paid for your order unfortunately it is not usually possible to cancel, due to the speed of our service but please call our Customer Service Team on 01254 708068 and if your order has not yet been processed it may be possible to cancel. If your order has already been processed, please follow the usual returns procedure.
Will I be billed in my own currency?
Yes. Your order will show on eBay in GBP, however Paypal will convert the payment into your local currency for you.
What types of payment do you accept?
On eBay we only accept Paypal. Unfortunately we are not able to process orders using cheque or postal order.
How do I know ordering with you is safe?
We take the security of personal customer information and payment details very seriously. All of your personal details can only be accessed by us so that we can process your orders. We promise to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you when you place your order so that we can process your orders quickly, efficiently and provide you with the best possible service. How can I check an item is in stock?
99% of our products are in stock all year round. Generally the only reason we are ever out of stock of an item is if we have had a delay with a shipment coming into the country, or if our suppliers are out of stock. Orders can be made via the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For customer service or any other department, we are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm UK time on 01254 708068. To visit our extensive showroom (Minerva Craft Centre, Atlas Road, Darwen, Lancs, BB3 3BY), our opening hours are; Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays Closed unless otherwise stated.

With our ever-expanding stock and weekly offers, unfortunately it is not possible for us to keep an up-to-date printed catalogue with all of our products and prices. Do you send out samples/shade cards?
Yes! If you are in any way unsure we always advise customers to order a sample first where possible, for personal evaluation of suitability. You can order samples for Fabrics or Trimmings from Minerva Crafts under item reference number: 170885006519 (just type this number into the eBay search box and this will take you straight to our sample order facility). Please take into account that dye lots and batches may change inbetween you ordering a sample and placing your order, no matter how short a time period this may be. This is something beyond our control for which we cannot accept responsibility. Please note: Samples are available at Minerva's discretion.

Knitting Yarn FAQ's
Ive discovered a knot(s) in my yarn. Is it faulty?
Manufacturers do their best to minimise joins in yarn, but it does happen occasionally. This does not mean your yarn is faulty. Please note: Fashion yarns are particularly susceptible to knots and this should not be treated as a fault.
Will my order be picked from one dye lot?
We only ever fill an order for yarn from one dye lot. Please ensure you order enough to complete your project in one order as we cannot guarantee we will have the same dye lot on your second purchase.
I need to purchase a particular dye lot of yarn to complete a garment, how can I do this?
We can check the dye lots we have available for you. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01254 708068 and if we have the dye lot you require, we will be happy to take your order for you over the telephone for this particular dye-lot.
Ive run out of yarn and need to match the dye lot, what can I do?
We will do our best to match any dye lot issues for you, however we are unable to guarantee dye lot matches if we are awaiting new stock.
Ive ordered for example 5 metres of fabric, will this be sent in one piece?
Yes! All our fabrics cut off the roll will always be sent out in one length wherever possible. Please note: if you are ordering a roll of fabric or very large quantities these may possibly contain joins.
If you are purchasing end of roll pieces, these come in the sizes stated and therefore cannot be joined into one piece!
Will my fabric come rolled or folded?
All of our fabrics will be sent folded unless you are ordering large quantities which may come supplied on a roll.
Will my fabric all be from one dye lot?
We only ever fulfil an order for fabric from one dye lot off the same roll. Please ensure you order enough to complete your project in one order as we cannot guarantee we will have the same dye lot on your second purchase.
Are your fabrics pre-shrunk?
Unless otherwise stated you should assume that fabrics are not pre-shrunk and treat them prior to use accordingly.
If I order fabric now will it be available in 6 months time?
Our regular fabric lines are always available and kept in stock, however if a supplier discontinues a particular line we cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply the fabric for you and it may be taken off the website. We also cannot guarantee that the fabric would be from the same batch, so colour or texture may vary.
Our clearance or designer fabrics which come in limited quantities will only be available whilst stocks last.
What is the Scale of your images?
Some of our fabrics are photographed with an inch scale in the images to help you in choosing your fabrics. If in doubt, please send for samples.
