The bluetooth is easy to set up and the unit itself very well built. The reason it's not a 5 star is it has these short comings. I think the bass is a little too obvious for my ears. There are no volume level indication. Just a green light that blinks as you rise or lower the volume. It's like....how much more money would it cost Klipsch to provide that???

I own another Klipsch product with enormous bass. This unit has a built-in subwoofer and doesn't have enough bass to satisfy a flea. I like the sound box type, so I can sit my tv on top, works for me and my area, but the sound quality is poor. The remote buttons are kinda difficult to push, doesn't have any light showing the buttons worked. I bought a $3 sound bar at a thriftstore that sounded just as good as this, so I returned this unit.

I like everything about this system, except the interface between the remote and the unit. Often, I have to press the power/ on button of the remote several times to get the unit to go to the normal "on" mode. What normally happens, when I press the power button, is that the unit instead, goes to some other mode, rather than just turning on. The sound is overly adequate for my uses (in other words, I think it puts out a lot of sound) and the sound quality is good. I think the unit is a good value and am happy I bought it.

I bought a refurbished Klipsch SB 120 because all I wanted was a little something extra for my bedroom. Having this sound makes all the difference when watching movies or listening to Bluetooth. I had confidence the sound would be as good as a brand new Klipsch and I wasn't disappointed. I love the concept of the compact design where the TV can sit on top of it. Very easy setup. (remember to take the clear plastic covers off the optical audio cables before inserting them) My only compliant, if you would call it that, is that the unit turns on automatically when I turn on the TV. Then it wants to turn back on again after a few minutes after I turn it off. Instead of fighting it I just leave the volume all the way low. Some people may like that but I would rather have it off for regular TV channel viewing and surfing then turn it on when I want it on. Other than that very minor issue I'm very happy with the purchase.Read full review

Was going to buy a Bose Solo 15 and saw some review's on the Klipsch SB120 and decided to try it out. I could not be happier with that decision. Has Great sound! It is Wider than the Bose but not a big deal to me. Like the Bluetooth functionality! In my opinion it is a much better value than the Bose.
