Great tuner, very responsive, even on bass, and able to be calibrated. Bought for the very large display, which makes for great ease of use most of the time (easier than the Boss TU in difficult situations, though I couldn't say if it is more accurate). However, even this can struggle on stage when the lights/sun are in the wrong position. The mute function is a necessary feature for any tuner intended for use in a live situation.

I love the ease of use of this tuner. It feels robust, and is easy to read. Pushing the switch down also mutes the sound from your instrument to the amp which is essential for speedy tuning situations. I have a 5 string bass and it has no problem registering the low B string. I have found the strobe setting less useful. Fine for tuning up at the beginning of a gig, but too sensitive whilst in the middle of things. I like that it has a 9v power port so that you can power another pedal from it, but would have liked Korg to send a cable with it. I have only had the tuner for a little over a week, but I can imagine it lasting a long time and it has already become my no.1 tuner for all things bass guitar.

Easy simple to use; no need to spend hours readin ga manual to figure out how to tune your guitar with it. Sounds like the tuning is bang on. Can tune down simply as the unit recognised the pitch and displays the note names... so D# C# etc on bottom string are quickly obtained.
