Most orders are processed within 1 business day from receipt of cleared payment (some orders will be processed the same day), and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Orders shipped to a US address via Standard Shipping will be shipped either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail unless stated otherwise. Please allow approximately 2-6 business days from the date of shipment to receive your order. Delivery times for international orders vary due to customs. Most orders shipped to a US address can be upgraded from Standard to Express Mail for $29.95 more, and most international orders can be upgraded for $39.95 more. To upgrade your shipping please contact us before submitting payment, so we may add in the option to upgrade your shipping to Express Mail during checkout.
Combined Shipping Rules:
We offer combined shipping discounts on most items in our store. Combined shipping will be calculated as follows: We will calculate the highest shipping cost from the items you purchased. Then, we will add in the additional shipping cost for each additional item purchased. If at checkout, your shipping discount is not calculated correctly, please request the total or wait for us to send you an invoice BEFORE paying.
Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges cover the cost of postage, insurance (if applicable) and shipping supplies.
We are not responsible for customs/duty fees on international orders. This is the buyer's responsibility.
Currently, we do not ship to the following countries ~ Italy, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Africa, India, Kuwait, Russia, Ukraine, Maldives, Netherlands Antilles, Philippines, Latvia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.

You MUST contact us within 14 days from receipt of your purchase, for a return authorization prior to returning any items. Returns are accepted on most items throughout our store. Please see individual listing details to confirm if returns are accepted for any particular item. We accept returns for most items within 14 days from receipt. All items must be in the same condition as received, unused/unopened, and resalable condition. Buyer pays return shipping fees unless it is due to an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that if we offer free shipping and the item is returned to us, we will deduct actual shipping fees from your refund. Please be advised that due to the delicate nature of false eyelashes, refunds and/or replacements, will not be given for damaged eyelashes once you attempt to remove them from the eyelash tray. Refunds will be processed as money back to your original payment method. No exchanges.
You MUST notify us within 7 days from receipt of your order if you receive any damaged or defective items. Please do not throw any items away, as we will verify any claims, before a replacement or refund can be issued. Please be advised that due to the delicate nature of false eyelashes, refunds and/or replacements, will not be given for damaged eyelashes once you attempt to remove them from the eyelash tray.
Cancellations and Changes to Your Order:
Please be sure that you want the item before purchasing. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Cancellations must be made before an unpaid item case is opened (4 days from purchase). We will do our best to accommodate requests to make changes to an existing order; however, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been sent to processing.
