We offer a refund (excluding postage) or replacement if you are unhappy with your goods in any way. Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the condition they were sent. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please contact us if there is a problem. We can resolve most things, but only if we know about them, so please don't be shy.
To start a return, open a return case in eBay’s Resolution Centre: My eBay > Purchase history > More Actions > Return Item. Return the item(s) along with the Invoice please include your username, in their original packaging and condition – unused with tags (or box) and free from the smells of perfume, alcohol, detergent, or smoke. Buyer is required to pay for the postage to return the item to seller.
If an item is returned to sender, i.e. seller (wrong address, not called for, etc.) buyer is required to pay a postage fee again so that seller can resend the item. If the item is not needed to be resent, the full price of the item will be refunded, but not the original postage.
Exchanges for other sizes available will cost original postage to cover exchanging & reposting but must be confirmed with us first, and received back under the above terms.
