Any items you are not completely satisfied with can be either exchanged or refunded if returned & received back within 7 days of receipt. Providing that: (a) Buyers contact us by email within 3 DAYS of receiving the item & provide full details regarding the request to return the item.. (b) Items must be: unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. (c) Buyer MUST enclose a copy of there eBay invoice together with a name and contact number, stating your preference. e.g. refund or exchange together with full details of the item if an exchange is required. Additional postage will be charged to return any exchanged items (maximum of £5.00) back even if the original purchase included free postage. (d) Any returned item received after the 7 day deadline will not be accepted or refunded whether this has been informed or not. (e) The refunded amount will only be the price paid for the item (i.e. less P&P) (f) Were items have been purchased with free P&P a £3 administration fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount. (g) Buyers are required to return all items at their own expense. We advise that buyers use a secure method of postage such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Proof of posting will be needed in the event of a claim. We reserve right to make the final decision. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
