RETURNS POLICY We are always happy to accept returns as long as the item hasn’t been worn (except for trying on) and is returned with any tags securely attached and original clear packaging. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days. Return postage to be paid by the customer and then we will action a full refund on the item price via Paypal. Please open a returns case first via eBay before returning any item. You will then receive a reply giving you the return address and additional information you need to include with your item before returning it to us. RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS: In the unlikely event of a faulty item being sent out, please contact us in the first instance. We will then give you the details you need to return the item and will either send out a replacement (subject to stock availability) or offer a full refund. For faulty returns only, we will refund the postage cost incurred by the customer back via Paypal (though we are unable to refund postage if items are sent back by Special Delivery).
