Can I return the item if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the item still has tags attached and is in an unused condition..We will issue refunds for all items once we receive them back. Refunds will usually be given the same day we receive the item back however, in busy periods please allow up to 5 working days.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning parcels to us as parcels often go missing in the post. Returns slips must be included with all returned items.
What if my item is faulty?
If we send an item that is faulty you can return it back to us for a refund or an exchange. On these rare occasions we do not ask the customer to cover the postage cost of resending the item. Once you send the item back to us, with the tags still intact, we will inspect it and issue the refund or exchange as soon as possible (usually the same working day).

If I buy more than one item, will you combine postage?
We are unable to offer combined postage because we have to comply with Royal Mail weight limits. Please contact us for combined postage for international purchases.
How much is postage to my country?
Our standard postage costs are for mainland UK only. Costs to other countries will vary depending on your location and the weight of the item. For overseas purchases please contact us, prior to purchasing, and state your location and the item you are interested in and we will get back to you with a price.
If I Order Just After 15:00, Will My Item Still Be Dispatched The Same Day?
No. We have a cut-off time of 15:00. If you purchase after this time it will be posted the next working day.
Have you despatched my item yet?
Please check your ebay transaction for the ‘despatched’ symbol. If this is showing it means your item has been processed. You should also get an email from ebay notifying you of this.
What Are The Bust/Waist/Hip Measurements For The Item I'm Interested In?
Our sizes vary slightly however the majority of sizes are fairly accurate but slightly generous. For specific sizes please send us a message including the name of the item AND the size you're interested in and we will get the measurements to you as soon as we can. Please note: this can take a few days.
Where is my item?
We process all our orders with 1 working day of receiving payment and post all our packages via recorded delivery. Therefore you should receive your item in around 2-3 working days for tracked delivery. 2-3 days for first class and 4-6 working days for second class. International deliveries can take around 10-15 working days.
If you haven't received it after this time you can request your tracking number from us to trace your parcel. For parcels that have not been received our policy is to wait 7 days from receiving notification before processing a refund. This leaves enough time for the parcel to be delivered to you or be returned back to us.
Do you have more sizes available?
We relist items at the end of each working day before 6pm. Please check back at this time to see if we have any more. If the size has not been relisted by this time it means we are completely out of stock on that item.
