WE WILL CONTACT YOU ASAP AFTER THE LISTING IF THIS IS THE CASE.   We do it this way so that we do not have to charge you extra vat and fees for the refundable part of the order.

Returns:

All items are covered to the manufacturers warranty and condition of sales, if you would like to know what these are before ordering, please contact us.

You must always include a covering note with any return, otherwise your return may be delayed.

You may return any order within 7 working days after receipt, The item must be returned to us unopened and the original packaging undamaged.

DO NOT STICK ANYTHING DIRECTLY TO THE ITEMS OR BOXES or we will have to reject the return.

We are unable to refund the cost of returning any items to us, if this is not acceptable, please do not order from us.

Under no circumstances will Redline Car parts be held responsible for any fitting charges incurred by the buyer under any circumstances.  

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the part is correct before booking the car in for repair or fitting any parts.
