Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close or Buy It Now completion.  Unpaid auction and Buy It Now wins will be forfeited after 7 days and a non-payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the sale.  If you wish to combine multiple purchases for shipping, please make sure all purchases are completed within the 7 days.

SHIPPING

Your item will be professionally and carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.  Your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.  Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or bank holidays.  Sorry collection is not possible.

Combined shipping applies to multiple purchases in a single payment transaction.  Full payment of your order is required before any goods forming part of the order can be dispatched.  Please request a combined postage amount BEFORE payment is made.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Post, other more suitable methods, including signed for services, will be used at our discretion.  If you require orders dispatching outside of the UK please enquire for postage costs BEFORE purchase.  Should any order be returned to us by Royal Mail with the reason "not called for" full postage will be charged for resending or deducted from any agreed refund. 

Please remember the shipping charge is not just the postage cost but also the packaging used and a small handling free for processing the item.

Faulty Goods:

All goods are new unless otherwise stated.  All items are checked prior to dispatch to confirm there are no faults or damage.  Any item found to be damaged when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 days of receipt with original packaging, please contact us through eBay communications to arrange this.

Non-Faulty Goods:

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered for exchange only.  These items must be returned to us, carriage paid, in the original packaging and a saleable condition WITHIN 7 days of receipt.  Postage and packaging on the replacement item is chargeable.
