Applications

Their high light output and stylish design makes these Par Cans ideal for many applications including stage lighting, marquee uplighting and indoor architectural illumination. They are also ideally suited to use in pubs, bars and nightclubs for either general colour wash or dancefloor/disco lighting.

Colours Produced

RGB colour mixing technology enables these lights to produce almost and shade of light in the visible spectrum. Each unit contains an equal amount of red, green and blue LED’s. By mixing these three primary colours almost any colour can be produced, from deep purples to warm reds and oranges to crisp blue’s and whites.

Types of operation

Stand alone: These lights can be used on their own, with no external controller. They can be set to static colour or switched fade through preset programs. They can also be set to work on “sound to light” which uses a small microphone contained in the back to the can to detect music which is playing. On this setting the lights will change colour to the beat of the music.

Master/Slave: The lights can be linked together using DMX or XLR leads to allow all the lights to change colour at the same time. Simply set the first light to one of the stand alone settings and set the rest to “slave” mode.

DMX Controller: This will allow you to control exact colour and brightness of the lights, and depending on the size of the controller, individual lights can be set to different colours. A good controller for these particular lights is the LEDJ Light & Easy. Alternatively if you require a foot controller the Zoom Par Foot Controller is ideal.

Advantages of LED

LED lighting offers many advantages over traditional stage lighting and Par cans.

Cold operation: No heat output means they can be placed in confined spaces without any fire risk and can be used on smaller stages without cooking the performers!

Low power consumption: 25 watts compared to around 250 for a comparable traditional lamp.

Easy colour mixing: No need to mess around with filters/gels. Any shade of light can be produced from a single fixture.

Simple set up: Each light plugs into the mains with a standard plug and can be plugged directly into a DMX controller without the need for dimmer packs or other equipment.

Warranty

LED Technologies have produced these lights using the highest quality materials and most up to date manufacturing techniques. The result is an LED par can with far superior build quality and durability then many of the other par cans currently available. The LED’s used in these lights have an estimated lifetime of 100,000 hours! In other words they will almost certainly never blow. If for any reason a problem did occur the lights carry a standard one year manufacturer’s warranty. If any problems were encountered beyond this we would usually carry out a repair free of charge.

Despatch time

All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the date of order. Orders received after this time will be dispatched within 1 working day of the order being received.

Postage Regions

Postage and packing charges are based upon the region in which the delivery address lies. Our postage charges are based on the following four regions:

UK Mainland: All UK addresses excluding addresses within The Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland.

UK Highland & Islands: Addresses within The Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland.

EU: All Countries within the European Union

Rest Of World: All Countries outside of the European Union

Delivery Services and Charges

UK Mainland Standard Delivery:
Our standard delivery service is free on all items being posted to addresses within the UK mainland (see above for exclusions). Items sent by this service will usually take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive, however, in some rare cases items can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

UK Mainland Express Delivery:
This service is £4.95 for orders up to a total weight of 1kg and £8.95 for orders over this weight. Items sent by this service will arrive within 1 working day of dispatch. Please call us on 01422 881582 to apply an express delivery to your order.

UK Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery:
This service is free for orders up to a total weight of 4kg or £15 for orders above this weight. Items will usually take between 1 and 5 working days to arrive.

EU Standard Delivery:
The price for delivery to countries within the EU is based on weight:

Up to 1kg £8.95

Returns Policy

Items received which are damaged/faulty:
If an item is received which is either damaged or faulty out of the box the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of the issue within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Access, MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta cards are accepted without a surcharge, however we reserve the right to deliver only to the card holders billing address unless the card issuer states otherwise. Personal and business cheques are also welcome by us, but will be subject to a seven day clearance time.
All products are subject to availability, all items shown should be in stock. In the event of an item not being in stock we will contact you within 1 working day to offer either a full refund or to place the item on back order. Items placed on back order will be dispatched as soon as the product is back in stock.
All products are covered by the manufactures warranty.
Your delivery from LS Audio Tech is insured by our couriers. If an item is received in damaged condition it should be signed for as damaged.
Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days from expected date of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after that time. Goods which are deemed faulty on arrival will be collected by our courier for replacement or refund.
Terms which apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this clause, have the right to cancel on order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered by the company provided we receive written notice of such cancellation.
If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel the consumer will be responsible for return of goods back to LS Audio Tech. LS Audio Tech shall reimburse any payment made within 21 days from the date he/she gave such notice of cancellation. The consumer shall not be entitled to a repayment in the event that:-
* he/she does not take reasonable care of the goods pre or post cancellation. for the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the goods if such goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and interconnects and the internal or external packaging is damaged in any way or the goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they were sold.
The consumer is responsible for the cost in returning any unwanted items.
We do not supply on a trial basis and if you are not happy with the item then you would be required to return the goods.
