This LEGO set contains small parts that are NOT suitable for (and may pose a hazard to) children under 3 years of age.  

This set is in good condition. I have included a photo of the actual stickers on the advertising hoardings which are not all entirely straight and one or two are just beginning to peel at the edges.
There is wear and damage to the box, due to being opened, age and use (it was a design of box Lego used to use that couldn't be opened without tearing it). It has been partly repaired with sellotape (see photos below). If you are using a mobile device and the extra photos do not appear, please see the full listing on the desktop site.
The instruction leaflet is missing, but we can supply a digital copy in .pdf format. 

The set has been checked against the inventory published online by Peeron and the following discrepancies have been found:
There are 4 black and white footballs but not the special adidas design ball.
The 2 light grey rubber bands for the goalkeeper assemblies are present that you need to play the game, but not the 2 spares.
(Two players are 'bald' but this is correct!)

Measures approx 24 inches from one goalkeeper's handle to the other (when assembled)

Contains: Complete playing pitch (12 tiles and all connectors*)
with 2 goals including nets
12 minifigs (mini figures) - 10 outfield and 2 goalkeepers with bases
Set of mixed advertising hoardings and corner flags (needed to keep ball in play)
4 black/white footballs
[complete inventory can be supplied if required]

*3409 Championship Challenge sets were originally issued by Lego
without the 26 red 2x4 plates which fit under the playing pitch to give it extra stability.
They later added these to the game so that you can move the pitch without it coming apart
(see photo at end of listing).
If they do not feature in your instruction leaflet, we will supply a diagram
which shows how they are positioned.

Set is dismantled, but it is part of the fun to put it together from the digital instructions we will email to you.

 Freedom Social Projects is a Christian charity set up by Freedom Church to reach out to those suffering social exclusion in our community. Together with Freedom Church and Freedom Social Enterprises Ltd., we are based at the Freedom Centre in Barnstaple.


 

Here in Barnstaple, Freedom Social Projects runs a day centre 5 afternoons a week and serves over 1000 hot meals a month to homeless, disadvantaged and socially excluded people. We offer education, training and work placements as well as signposting to other agencies.

North Devon Council and Torridge District Council have jointly commissioned FSP to provide an emergency night shelter for homeless people during spells of exceptionally cold weather.

Freedom Salvage is a scheme run by FSE to collect items for recycling (clothing and textiles, shoes, mobile phones, books, CDs and DVDs) which would otherwise end up in landfill. Some items we rescue even end up on ebay!

As well as handling all the laundry generated by the projects,
Freedom Laundry offers a service wash to the general public. Our machines will take a king-sized duvet or loads up to 10kg.

These projects will benefit from our selling activity on ebay and elsewhere. They are all inspired by the life, teaching and example of Jesus and are part of the ministry of Freedom Church.
