14 Day Money Back Guarantee
- We are happy to
refund your purchase price in full if for any reason you return your
purchase to us in a ‘sealed’ unopened / unused condition within 14 days of
purchase. Please ensure all accessories are returned.
- The refund will
exclude any shipping cost incurred by us.
- Any missing items
will be charged at our discretion.
Faulty on Arrival or within 14 days
- If you receive an
item which is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within 14 days please
contact us to inform us of the full detail.
- You will be issued

Warranty – Terms & Conditions
- All products purchased
from KC Sound and Vision has a twelve month return to base warranty as
standard, unless stated otherwise.

is a factory outlet and as such any manufacturer refurbished products sold
are functionally perfect but could have minor cosmetic damages.
- All new products
are unused but the boxes may have been opened and reinforced for safer
What to do if your item develops a fault within the warranty period?
- Firstly, please
contact our customer service team regarding your problem. Our service team
will guide you through the return process and you will be issued with a
return reference number.
- No warranty
procedures will be processed without a return reference number.
- Shop customers must
produce the original receipt. No warranty procedures will be processed
without the original invoice.
- Please quote the
reference number if you have any queries regarding your return.
- You will be
responsible for returning the product back to us.
- Once the item has
been returned back to us, you will be contacted within 5 working days
regarding your return.
- We will attempt to
repair the product, however, if we are unable to repair the item you will
be provided with a replacement product that is the same / similar

- The warranty covers
product failure during normal operation and does not cover failure due to
