Please be aware that Our Couriers operate a Kerbside WHOLE DAY DELIVERY service and you will need to ensure that someone is at hand to accept delivery 9 - 5.30 MONDAY-FRIDAY.

Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 14 days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us safely in its original packaging. Please always keep packaging safe in the unlikely event of return.
