Measurements: All garments are measured laid out flat. Sometimes on pictures with two images the colour can get distorted and may look lighter on the right hand side.  Please also read the specifications as sometimes garments may look longer/shorter in the pictures.

Abbreiviations: CTW = Crotch to Waist,   LFS = Length from Shoulder,

LFN = Length from the Nape,   AA = Armpit to Armpit (Full measurement around the body),   LOS = Length of Skirt,  WOH = Width of Hem

Payment Method: Payment can be made by PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Etons, Unit 16 Euro Business Park, Newhaven, East Sussex BN9 0DQ

For International Purchases we only accept Paypal.

Shipping: We guarantee to dispatch within 2 working days from date of payment - Royal Mail can take anything from 1-10 working days.  If you would like goods to be sent 1st class or special delivery please request a price.

Lost Parcels:  Royal Mail have a strict policy on lost items and if you are not at home and they are unable to post your item it will be returned to the depot (normally a card will be left but this does not always happen).  In the first instance you will need to contact them and find out where your parcel is (it may still be at the depot).  If you still cannot locate your purchase please contact us and we will investigate the situation.

Europe & Rest of the World:  We do not accept responsibility for non delivery of items to the EU or ROW unless sent guaranteed signed for delivery.   Please request the shipping cost stating regular or signed for postage before making your purchase.

Returns Policy: Whilst we hope you will not need to return any purchases, in the event that you are unhappy with the product it can be returned for a refund or exchange.   We will not make any refunds on postage/carriage costs, this is how we are able to keep our postage charges low. Returned items must be in the condition as sold, with all labelling and packaging, items returned without label/packaging will incur a surcharge of £1.50 for repackaging.  Any items returned soiled with perfume, smoke or pet odour will not be refunded.  All returns must be reported to us within 15 days of dispatch.  If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us in the first instance.
