1. Adding Personalisation
Please leave your requirements for personalisation by clicking on contact seller on ebay. Messages left at checkout or anywhere else may not be seen
Personalisation is optional, if you require this free service it is your responsibility to ensure we receive your message. To avoid your item being shipped without text added it is essential that you leave your message when payment is made
2. Confirming your message has been received
Please do not send a request for confirmation, we would love to reply but we receive too many requests to make it possible. Instead please check your message has been received yourself. To do this please check your ebay sent box to ensure delivery was successful. Please be assured that if you can see your message has been sent, we will have received it. We answer all questions emailed to us but unfortunately do not have the time to confirm all personalisation requests as well.
3. How do I order multiple sizes & colours?
It’s simple and no different to supermarket shopping, you add all your items to the basket then go to checkout, you wouldn’t go to the tills with each individual item at the supermarket, it’s time consuming, and you’ll miss out on the combined offers!
Add each item individually, choosing correct size colour etc, confirm each order, but do not pay. Please note this rule also applies when buying other items from our shop and is not limited to just this advert. Your posting costs will initially be shown in full, but do not worry as when you are checking out they will be combined and you will be given the opportunity to review what you are paying before submitting payment.
4. How much is postage & when will my item arrive?

5. What are the measurements of the size I have ordered?
Please click the SIZE GUIDE link which is on the brown stripe near the top of this advert, just below our shops logo
6. What will my free text look like?
Your message will be printed exactly as you spell it. We use the font "Arial rounded bold” in most cases. If the picture of your item shows a different font, that will be the font used. The size of the text will be appropriate to the size of the item purchased and in a matching colour to any logos/pictures on the item. The free text is usually one name but is not limited, we will print more than this if required but please be aware that the more words you request, the smaller the text will become in order to fit into the given space. If your personalisation is incorrect we will be able to rectify this upon the return of your item. If we are at fault we will cover all expenses incurred. If your message was not received in time or you provided incorrect details, you will be liable for the extra postage costs.
