If you change your MIND: -
1) You have upto 14 days STRICTLY for returns/exchange if you change your mind, or they are not fit for purpose & or any other reasons.
2) We can accept an return only if the item has not been used/worn.
3) Please note the BUYER to cover the RETURN postage, we recommend you use a signed for service, but it is ofcourse is your choice.
If the item is Faulty: -
1) We will do all we can to resolve any issue straight away.
2) Faulty items can be returned for upto 60 DAYS after they are delivered to you STRICTLY. This is subject to wear & tear.
3) We will always attempt to provide a replacement where possible; if an exchange is unavailable or unwanted, we will offer a refund.
4) Faulty returns handling may take upto 2 weeks after your returned item gets delivered to us.
