The Firework Store began in 2004 as a year round Firework Retail shop in Wakefield West Yorkshire. In 2005 we had our first online presence, selling a big range of retail fireworks throughout the UK.
We grew year on year and in 2010 we had outgrown our premises and moved to a 3000sq ft industrial unit. This additional floor space allowed us to expand our range and we introduced a limited range of Fancy Dress costumes to complement our fireworks. Within 5 months of opening we had to expand to accommodate the huge range we were now keeping.
2010 also saw our first range of imported fireworks under the Fantazia Pyrotechnics label from China landing. A big range of 46 lines offering display quality fireworks into the retail market.
2011 saw us introduce some of our Fancy Dress lines onto Ebay in time for Halloween. The resulting sales were encouraging and from there we have now decided to have this Ebay shop designed.
All the items you see on our site are in stock and awaiting dispatch. We do not drop-ship and if you wish your goods can be collected from our retail shop. Our intent is to offer a good range of products at competitive pricing. Alas we can’t sell our fireworks on Ebay but if required we can via our online Fireworks website.
As we regularly visit China we are introduced to various products that we feel are worthy of selling in the UK. Our latest acquisitions include a range of Electronic Cigarettes and flavoured Nicotine’s which can help to stop smoking, are excluded from the No Smoking ban and also considerable cheaper than traditional smoking.

We offer a variety of shipping options on our goods, which are selectable upon checkout. Please ensure that the delivery times quoted will allow the goods to arrive in time for any function or event that you may require, in the event of any questions please contact us via Ebay.
All items are dispatched from us Tuesday to Friday (we do not process or dispatch orders on a Monday). We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of receipt of payment in full. Our standard delivery option (unless stated otherwise) is Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and can take up to 5 working days to arrive. We may also offer a next day delivery option via our couriers, the cut-off time for this service is 12:00, after that time it may be dispatched the following day. For this service we can supply tracking information. For certain parts of the UK we may use a different service than that advertised. This is usually due to the delivery location not being covered by our standard courier or them charging and excess.
In the event of non-delivery of item we cannot refund monies until after 10 days from date of dispatch. In the event of failed delivery and an item is returned we will re-deliver providing that an additional delivery charge is paid.
Our quoted delivery times and charges are for mainland England, Scotland &Wales only. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and other UK islands, the delivery schedule and charges may differ. Please contact us first should this be applicable.

If you need to return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, via an Ebay message. Please include a detailed note explaining reasons for return, plus a contact phone number. Failure to do so with result in a delay of processing. Please note all items will be inspected on return for signs of wear or intentional damage.
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Item must be unworn, new and with original packaging intact, any sealed bags sent out MUST be returned unopened. The item must be in a re-sellable condition (unless returned due to a fault). We will not refund items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled, items returned without full packaging, items must be odor free including the smell of smoke or perfume and have no makeup marks. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we must be informed immediately upon receipt of the item. A replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return of the item.If an item is no longer available or out of stock an equivalent replacement or a full refund will be offered. Due to hygeine reasons we will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following: Make up, Teeth, Hosiery, Underwear, Facial Hair, Eyelashes, Wigs and Wig caps.
If we send you the wrong size in error - please let us know immediately and we will happily refund or exchange the item. However if the item is the wrong size and we have sent out the correct size as per the order - we will exchange the item for the correct size. The original must be returned at your own expense and an additional postage fee will be due. If you would prefer a refund we can do that however your refund will be less the cost of postage. All items returned to us will be inspected for signs of wear or sabotage. Should we deem any fault to be a result of wear or sabotage no refund will be offered. It will also be the customers responsibility to cover any return postage costs - should they wish the items to be returned to their possession. The customer is responsible for any returned goods until they are in our possession. Costs plus risks of return is at your own expense. Please be aware that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service which is traceable - as we cannot be held responsible for items that go amiss in the post. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
