Returns

• Returns must be unused and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that items can be resold. If we find that itens have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
   
• When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd class recorded delivery to track your items and to ensure that package is signed for upon delivery.

Exchanges

• If you would like to Exchange an item Please complete the returns note located on the reverse of your invoice and send the item back to us, as soon as we receive the item back from yourself we will exchange the product (subject to stock availability) and we will send the exchanged item back to you Free of Charge.
   
• Please note that our stock position is constantly changing and we can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be in stock at the time of receiving the original item back from yourself, if you would like to ensure the availability of the product, then please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
   
• Please note, we are unable to hold stock for customers.
   

• After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.
