Come and stay in our wonderful, cosy holiday cottage in the South Lakes.  Beckstones Cottage is in a beuatiful position surrounded by farmland with stunning views out to sea over the Duddon Estuary. Explore the footpaths that start at your door and head out over the dramatic Cumbria fells.

The cottage was built in the 17th century and is decorated to the highest standard.  It has an oak beamed kitchen and many original features, keeping the charm of a 300 year old building whilst catering for 21st century confort.  It has a large garden and a path leading down to the beck which flows all year round.  The sitting room has an open fire and the spacious accommodation is furnished with antiques, Turkish rugs and hand-painted furniture. 

Like many Lake District cottages this is nestled so perfectly in the hills it is difficult to imagine anywhere more perfect for your retreat from the daily grind. 

Accommodation comprises: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC (downstairs), kitchen/dining room, utility, sitting room with open fire. The cottage also has a Wi-fi connection
