REPLACEMENT BUSHINGS

Suspension bushings are the link between your vehicle and it’s springs, struts and shock absorbers. Suspension bushings provide the movement and/or mounting points in your vehicle’s suspension system. Hence these suspension components can influence both the ride quality, steering feel, as well as the grip of the tyres, performance of the brakes, and stability of the shock absorbers. Should these suspension components be worn, an unpredictable and more to the point unsafe motor vehicle can be the result.

WHY NOLATHANE ??

Unlike rubber, Nolathane polyurethane suspension bushings are not bonded by compression. Nolathane bushings are mechanically fitted with minimal crush of the urethane material, and the centre pin is lubricated so the component freely pivots without restriction. Combined with Nolathane's ability to maintain the bush shape, this free pivoting provides sharper handling response and greatly increased suspension control. Technical developments in suspension design have provided many of today’s vehicles much improved on-road handling. Using Nolathane suspension bushings ensures there is no weakness in the suspension and therefore maintains steering control.

LIFETIME Warranty

Nolathane products are covered for their lifetime.
The warranty relating to the Nolathane products covers the Nolathane products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when the Nolathane products are used on passenger cars and light trucks under normal use and operating conditions. This warranty does not apply to any defects arising from the Nolathane products being used on a race circuit or in any form of motorsport, or being abused, altered or incorrectly installed, lubricated or maintained.
The warranty relating to a Nolathane product only applies to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Nolathane product was originally installed (Purchaser). The Purchaser must ship the defective Nolathane product to Redranger Pty Ltd, 4 Warringah Close, Somesby, NSW, 2250 (postage prepaid), along with a copy of the original receipt. If the Nolathane product is found to be defective and covered by a warranty, the Nolathane product will be replaced, free of charge, except that the expense in claiming the warranty relating to the Nolathane product must be borne by the Purchaser.
No warranty, either express or implied, is given for any product specified as “Race”, “Competition” or “Off-road”.

Q. What freight method will you be using?

A. Where possible we use Australia Post E-Parcel. That is a registered service that requires a signature. If there is no-one at the address at the time of delivery they will leave a card and you can pick the item up from the post office. A number of our items are too large for this service and they are sent by Courier Services. These items cannot be sent to a PO Box and it is best to have them sent to an address where there is normally someone to receive it during business hours. They will also leave a card if there is no-one to sign for the item. 

 Q. Can I request to have the item left without a signature?

A. No, we cannot do this as we require proof of delivery on all items. 
Q. Can you send my item express post?

A. No we can?t as there is no signature or insurance on express post deliveries. If you need something urgently please contact us as we may be able to use a different method. 
 
Bidding/Buying 

Q. Can I cancel my bid?

A. Yes, if the item is still running please follow the instructions in the Ebay help pages. If the item has already ended you can cancel your listing by paying the re-listing fee and final value fee we have been charged by ebay. 
Q. Is there a buy it now price on this item?

A.If it is a buy it now item there will be a buy it now price and button in the description. Some items are auction only and will not have a buy it now price. We cannot sell those items before they end. 
Q. How quickly do I have to pay for this item after purchase?

A. We prefer immediate payment but allow up to 10 days before a non paying bidder alert is filed. If you require more time please ask us before you make the purchase. If we have not received the payment or contact from you within 10 days of the item purchase we reserve the right to sell the item to someone else.

We do not accept responsibility for any item that is lost or damaged by your freight carrier. Please include a copy of the original receipt and contact details in case we need to contact you. 
Q. My item is faulty during the warranty period, what do I have to do?

A. Please contact us and we will give you the return details. Shipping back to us will be at your expense. We will then return the item to the supplier for repair or exchange and will then ship the item back to you. We will not pay any labor charges due to warranty claims. If you want to recover any of these costs incurred you can take it up through legal channels with the manufacturer of the item.
