Delivery and Delivery Address
We are able to combine shipping for multiple purchases. All parcels are sent by 24 hour courier or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. All parcels will need a signature on delivery. We are able to send items up to 4kg to these postcodes by a more economical rate by Royal Mail. Please email us for details.
Your item will be carefully packed and will normally be dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation and verification of your payment. A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. For orders received before 1pm we try to dispatch the same day but during busy periods please allow up to 1 working day.
Order your item on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the Monday, for delivery on the Tuesday.
Order your item on a Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday, it will be dispatched Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday for delivery to you on the Wednesday / Thursday / Friday. Or before
Order your item on a Thursday, it will be dispatched Friday for delivery to you on the Monday.
You will need to provide us with a contact telephone number for the courier in case of any problems with the delivery. i.e the courier cannot find your address. This speed's up your delivery and avoids unnecessary delays and problems.
We will not be held responsible for delays and / or non-delivery of your item if you fail to provide us with a contact telephone
number. Your telephone number must be provided with your paypal payment in the "notes" section, NOT on a separate email or sent as a separate message. Our dispatch department only process your order and payment details. They will not see any other correspondence or emails.
We can only ship to your paypal verified address or the registered card holder address.
Collections or stock availability
You are welcome to collect any ebay purchases from our retail shop in Leeds. All items we have for sale on ebay are in stock. If you wish to collect your items, please contact us before you come to collect your items. We will then advise you when your items will be ready to collect.
Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless otherwise stated. New items found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt with your purchase details, (User name, Item Number, Item Title, Delivery Address), please contact us through ebay to request the return of the item. The buyer must pay for the return shipping. When we receive the faulty goods we will refund the cost of return through paypal. Please note we are only able to refund the same postage amount as the buyer was charged to send the item in the first place. The item will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion
Return of Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of new goods that were wrongly ordered for exchange. These items must be returned to us at the buyer's cost WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. They must be in the original unopened packaging and must be in a saleable condition. They must not have been fitted. Shipping on the exchange or replacement items is chargeable.
Return for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. They must not have been fitted. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the buyer. Refund of purchase price less postage will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
