This is a Beautiful, signed Oil Painting by Dan Minto.
The is a Gorgeous River Scene(Colorado-maybe?). It is all done with a Palette Knife.
Gorgeous Colors and the Frame Really compliments it.
It is the Original Frame and it has a high profile Yellow Velvet Liner.
