This item has been removed from the above model and, whilst it may fit other models, you should ensure compatibility before completing purchase. Technical support is available by email or eBay message.

All our parts are removed from fully tested laptops.  Faults may occur, however, during removal or transit.  To this end, we offer a full 30-day warranty on all parts, with a No-Quibble Refund (inclusive of postage, for international customers).  If you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can rectify the issue.

POSTAGE

We offer a Flat rate postage of 99p (To cover Recorded delivery costs and also to give you the customer peace of mind that your item will be delivered) on all purchases to be delivered within the UK.  For international purchases, we would be charging postage rates of £8.00.  All items will be sent First Class Standard Delivery or Royal mail Standard parcels depending on the items bulk.  Any item delivered within the UK will be sent Recorded Delivery (To be signed for)

We will endeavour to post all items that have been paid for the next working day before 2pm. There is, of course, no post on Sundays. We will inform you by email once your item has been despatched.  Tracking numbers will be available on request.

All purchases are insured.

Heavy or bulky items will be sent by courier.

Please note: Courier, Recorded and Special Delivery require someone to receive the package(s).  If, for any reason, no one is available, and you are unable to collect the package(s) within the period the Post Office or courier allow, they will be returned to us.  If this happens, we will notify you and will be happy to re-send your order.  However, this would incur postage costs.

PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Please contact us regarding other types of payments. If there are insufficient funds in your PayPal account, they will issue an e-cheque, which has a 7 – 10 day clearing period.

Payment or contact needs to be made within 7 days of purchase.  After this period we will have to inform eBay, which may result in a strike on your account.  We offer a customer friendly service and are willing to consider payment difficulties as long as contact is made.
