We offer refund to anyone who is not satisfied with any item purchased. But items should be returned with all packaging in re-saleable condition. In order to help us understand whose return it is, you will be required to stick the Return Label on the item you want to return. Your refund or replacement will not be eligible if there’s no Return Label or Return Note come with your return. NOTE: We strongly suggest you to take a photo for prove before the item is returned. And we strongly suggest you to keep original Package box if you are not surely 100% satisfied with the item as you might want to return the item. We are unable to provide a new box for returning the item, therefore, please either keep the original package box or get a new one yourself. Thank you for cooperation. If item is returned by shipping company due to undelivered address and postcode or nobody sign for delivery, we will not charge any restocking fee, but the shipping cost for re-sending the item will be undertaken by you. If item is defective, or not as described or sent less or sent wrong parts/item, we will provide the collection or send you a prepaid return label and we will undertake all shipping cost for return and replacement. If you request refund, your original shipping cost will also be refunded to you. For refund, once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
