Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item as long as unopened and in the same condition it was received in & the buyer agrees to send the item back at their cost.
If you have a faulty item, then please contact us to let us know as soon as possible, you will then be given a returns number. Once the item is back it will be tested and if its deemed to be faulty you will be refunded in full. If the item is not found to be faulty then you can either pay for the item to be returned to you or we can destroy it on your behalf.
Please note that all sales are made on a individual basis and please contact us first if you plan to resell an item on as many of our items are at wholesalers prices and we can not be expected to cover costs associated with reselling items: This includes , but is not exclusive of return postage costs, loss of wage, loss of time etc. As the reseller you assume responsibility of the said resold item.
