3 days after the buyer receives it. You must write positive feedback before
request any refund. At the same way, as a seller I also promise to you leave
positive feedback. I will not accept any refund, if customers leave negative
feedback for any reason. If you not agree with our policy, please do not buy
product from us.
Items can be return if it’s faulty or
incorrect for replacement. All returns must be in original packing and
condition with everything received from us. Please note that any items
returned but incomplete will remain unprocessed and will delay refund or
exchange. As a seller I am not responsible for the content, quality or any brand
etc. Manufacturer is responsible for this.
Once we receive the item, it will pass
through our inspection department to confirm reason. In unlikely event that
if we cannot offer an exchange, we will issue full refund including your
postage costs. In all other cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to
return products for exchange or refund and postage cost is non refundable.

able to alter shipping address. If you change your address by sending us an

Orders received before 3:00pm will normally be posted same day (excluding
weekends & bank holidays).For guaranteed next day/special delivery please
refer to our delivery and postage section. Our normal delivery time for first
class post is 2-3 working days and second class is 5-7 working days.
If you do not receive your item within this
timeframe after having received a dispatch notification from us, we normally
advise to the buyer give it another 1-2 working days more, as from our
experience Royal Mail/Courier service is not always 100% efficient with their
delivery time .If you did not receive your item after 7 working days (after
delivery confirmation email to you), please inform us via 'Ask the
Seller a Question' link at the top of the page.
We only accept PayPal payment UK customers can pay by cheque but with request
first. You can pay us directly using PayPal account. You can pay via PayPal
with you debit/credit card or bank account. Making payment via PayPal ensures
security and speed. Besides it does not charge from buyer.
We take our feedback very seriously and do attempt to resolve any problem on
a timely basis. If you do have any problem with any item please contact us
