I want to cancel my order: If you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 working days to do so after your items have been delivered. You are responsible for paying for correct postage and are responsible for the items until they are received by us. You must obtain proof of posting. All items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and must be in a resalable condition. Please note due to the nature of hosiery products we are not able to accept items that have been worn for a full refund or exchange. Once we have received your items we will refund you, this will be done as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days.
My item is not what I thought it would be: For a full refund all items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened. My item is damaged or has a fault: If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us with the nature of the problem so that we may help you with a return. Once we have received the items we will issue a full refund including postage with in 14 days.
Please note we will not accept an item after it has been worn. Ladders, snags and rub marks are not considered as defects or faults once the item has been tried on. Any defects or faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your items.
No returns at all accepted after a period of 28 days from purchase, for any reason.
