* Very Good Condition - items do not have marks or wear and the items are as similar to new condition *

* Good condition - may have the odd small mark or bit of wear but nothing major or easily noticeable *

* Good played with condition - has obvious signs of being played with but still acceptable to play with, may have some slight wear and tear or odd surface marks and surface wear *

* Played with condition - obvious signs of play, will have wear and tear, will have been played with a lot, may have marks etc *

We will do our best to describe our toys as best we can, we will list them how we see them and will do our best to state any wear and tear and surface marks, however our views of the condition may be different to yours, if you are not happy with any aspect of your sale please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the problem. We do sometimes make mistakes and mistakes happen, we are only human :)

For UK Customers - We accept paypal, Credit or Debit Card, Personal Cheque and Postal Orders 

* For International Customers We Only Accept PayPal *

Please Put your Ebay ID and Item number on the back of cheques and postal orders so we can identify you as we receive a lot of this method of payment

When we have received your postal payment we will mark it has payment received in ebay and you will see a £ sign.

WE OFFER A POSTAGE DISCOUNT FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM BOUGHT. 

FOR  UK ORDERS THERE WILL BE A 50P DISCOUNT OFF THE POSTAGE PER ITEM BOUGHT. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL  ORDERS THERE WILL  BE A £1.00 DISCOUNT OFF THE POSTAGE COST PER ITEM BOUGHT

We will  apply the discount when we send the invoice, please wait until this has been done before payment

The Postage for each item is quoted in each listings. The postage reflects current postage costs & includes Packaging & Handling

We post all our items by First Class Post

All orders that are over £25.00 will be sent by recorded delivery for UK And International. 

only orders over £25.00 have a tracking number

Although First Class Post should reach you within two days, there are times when this can be much longer. If you are concerned about your order please let us know and we will assist you. According To Royal Mail Guidelines an item is not missing until after 15 working days for the Uk and six weeks for INTERNATIONAL. Please wait for this time to pass and if you have still not received your order please let us know and we will report the item missing to Royal Mail and sort out a Claim for it.

We also offer Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery if you wish to have a signature or need your item next day

Recorded Delivery (for a signature) is an extra 75p on top of the postage quoted. 

Special Delivery (for next day delivery) is an extra £3.75 on top of postage quoted.

If you would like these services, please let us know through the EBAY MESSAGE SYSTEM and we will apply this to your invoice.

* * NON PAYMENT * * 

if you are having a problem making payment please let us know, if we do not receive payment or contact about payment after seven days a pay reminder will be sent, please note that this is just a reminder, we are unable to contact you before the reminder is sent due to the high volume of sales.

If after seven days from the date of the reminder, payment has still not been received we will continue with the unpaid item process.

* * Returns * * 

We accept returns for 7 days after the receipt of delivery, all items must be returned in their original unused, unopened condition and packaging. Buyer must pay for all return postage and packaging costs. Please include your ebay ID and Item number in the packaging, We refund the cost of the goods only once they have been received by us.

If your item is faulty, please return your item to us with the original postage label marked return to sender, we will check the item once it has been received. if we find it to be faulty we will refund all of your costs including return postage. please let us know if you wish to return a faulty item
