Non-Defective Items
Go Holiday Shop 100% Guarantee - We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item to us.
Before returning the item to Go Holiday Shop you must e-mail us at sales@goholidayshop.com quoting:-

The reason you wish to return the item to us -
We will then advise you via e-mail how best to proceed with the return of your item.
All items must be returned unused, in a resalable condition (if non-defective), complete with their appropriate tags, the original packaging as it was dispatched by Go Holiday Shop and any promotional gift supplied. Returns are accepted by Go Holiday Shop up to 14 days after you have taken delivery of the item. As soon as the returned item is received back at Go Holiday Shop, quality control checked and passed, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser only via the original method of payment.

All delivery & global shipping costs relating to non-defective items
All packaging relating to non-defective items
Out of pocket expenses

All of our products are quality control checked by Go Holiday Shop personnel before being dispatched. In the very unlikely event you should receive a defective item you should contact us immediately and Go Holiday Shop will inform you how the item is to be returned to us. Failure to do so may affect the refund of your shipping costs. When returning the item back to Go Holiday Shop it is completely your responsibility until it reaches Go Holiday Shop. Please obtain proof of postage for each item being returned in case the item is lost in the post (acquiring proof of postage does not cost extra at the post office). Confirmation that we have received your returned item will be confirmed to you via email upon receipt.
Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) from receipt of returned item for us to process a refund. When a refund has been processed you will receive a conformation e-mail from Go Holiday Shop. The e-mail will be sent to the original e-mail address from which the order was placed.
The refund will only be issued as the original purchase was placed and to the original card which was used for the transaction. Please allow approximately 7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for the refund to be credited back to your account. This time is dictated by your bank or credit card issuer and is outside of Go Holiday Shop control. If we here at Go Holiday Shop have any difficulty issuing a refund we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Order Cancellations
You the customer are entitled to cancel your order for whatever reason within 7 days of your order being placed with Go Holiday Shop. We will gladly refund your money at the original purchase price within 7 days of the orders cancellation and providing we are in full receipt of the returned items unused, in their original packaging, the items appropriate tags and in a resalable condition including any promotional gift that was sent out with the order. Please allow approximately 7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for the refund to be credited back to your account
