Any warranty repair requests need to be reported back to us by mailing us through ebay message service, once the issue is reported we will issue returns instructions.


Please Note - The unit will initially need to be returned at your cost. On receipt of the faulty unit we will:


1. Assess the unit to verify the fault.

2. Repair the unit if possible and return it to you.

3. If the unit can not be repaired it will be replaced on a like for like basis and returned to you.

4. If no units are available then a full refund will be issued.

 

Process 2, 3 or 4 will include a refund of your postage back to us if a receipt is sent with the item. This process should be completed with in 5 working days, if it is not completed, please email us through eBay message service and we will investigate further.


Delivery


We deliver to UK addresses with postcode only. Our standard processing time is 5 working days from receipt of payment , however this may change due to demand.
