Return policy details
On receipt of goods and services please make sure that you check your items carefully and report an issues or concerns straight away. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
Within your return parcel please clearly include your name, address and order number and state the reason for returning the goods.
General Returns Information1
In agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to take responsibility for returning the goods* back to PunkOiUK within thirty days of notification and you agree to take reasonable care of the goods in the meantime.
Please ensure that you pack the relevant item(s) securely and in suitable packaging.
Most unused and unopened items will be refunded within a maximum thirty days provided notification is given within 7 days from delivery of the goods and the terms and conditions are met. This will cancel any credit agreement, which was signed to fund the purchase. The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to PunkOiUK at [email@example.com] and must state your name, contact details and a description of the goods or services concerned, order number and the reason for wanting to return the item.
- The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. If goods are not returned within this time scale you must pay the cost of PunkOiUK recovering them.
- You must return items in full and original condition.
-We will not refund the cost of shipping for returning unwanted items
- We are not responsible for packages not received.
-You may cancel an order for Advertisements and other chargeable services placed on the website within 7 days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.
Wrong Items Received
We will refund any shipping costs you incur provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have followed our return instructions. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please allow us 14 days from the point we have received the product to process your return. In most cases we are able to process returns in much shorter time.
-If you return your item(s) within 30 days we'll usually offer you a refund, replacement or repair. This is providing that the fault is not the result of misuse or wear and tear (see the below section for more information on faults due to misuse and wear and tear).
-Faulty products that were purchased over 30 days ago, but less than 90 days ago can only be replaced or repaired - we cannot issue refunds for products that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
-We cannot make refunds or despatch a replacement item unless we have received the faulty item back and inspected its condition. Please allow us 14 days from the point we have received the product to process your return. In most cases we are able to process returns in much shorter time.
-We will cover the costs of you returning a faulty item to us (if applicable) provided that you have returned the item in accordance with our instructions. We cannot cover the cost of international returns.
-If the product is not available for replacement and cannot be repaired we may either substitute it with a model of equal or higher value (if purchased over 30 and less than 90 days ago) or refund the cost of the item (if purchased within the last 30 days).
-We cannot replace or refund items that are outside their warranty period, which is 90 days unless you are instructed otherwise. However, we will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
-Faulty Products that appear to be in full working order when inspected by our Returns team will result in our Returns team calling you or email you to request more information so that they try to replicate the problem. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days before disposing the item.
-If the product is found to be working fine we will return it to you provided you are happy to incur the administration fee of £5 plus shipping costs.
Faulty items due to Misuse or Wear & Tear
-We will not replace or issue a refund for a misused product, or if the fault is due to everyday wear and tear.
- We will return the original item back to you if you are happy to incur the administration fee of £5 plus shipping costs.
-We will hold the product for a maximum of 30 days, after this period we will dispose the item.
-We will not refund the cost of shipping the order to you.
-We will not refund the cost of shipping for returning Faulty items to use due to Misuse or wear & Tear.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the PURCHASE OF VIDEO, DVD, AUDIO WHERE THE ITEM HAS BEEN UNSEALED BY YOU (UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY).
