If you have an issues with anything you buy please contact me first explaining the problem that you have with the item. I comply with the regulations for distance selling. Returns are only accepted where the product received is different to the description of the product that has been listed. Where an item is agreed for return to me you must send the item back and it must arrive in the condition that it was originally sent to you. All returns are at the cost of the sende and the courier selectd to return the goods is the responsibility of the sender. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of receipt of goods. Any goods that have been agreed for a return and refund will only be refunded onn receipt of the goods. Any goods that have been agreed for a return and refund must arrive with me no more than 10 days after they were sent to you by me.
