If the item is being returned is damaged or faulty we will refund your return postage costs in full and send you a replacement order if required (Please return via a postal service that is recorded i.e. the post is signed for or traceable online). Where no replacement order is required we will refund the return postage costs, full purchase price and postage costs originally paid for the item. For items being returned where there is no damage or fault, these items must be returned at your own expense, in the original packaging, via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for or traceable online) All items must be undamaged and in a fully resalable condition. The original purchase price only will be refunded for such items. Exceptions to the return policy are perishable goods (or others marked as non-returnable) such as (but not limited to) jerky products, dehydrated foodstuffs and energy bars. For Hygiene reasons, returns for these items are not accepted. Any item that is listed as damaged and / or auctioned will also not be accepted for returns.
